In a world that’s always on, it’s easy to lose touch with the present moment...to become disconnected from ourselves and the world around us. That’s why I’m inviting you to The Unplug Experiment, a gentle journey leading up to The Global Day of Unplugging (March 7-8).

Here’s how it works:

Starting Tuesday, March 4, and ending Sunday, March 9, you’ll receive five short emails - little nudges to help you pause, play, and reconnect.

What you'll get:

A cozy space to pause – Thoughtful nudges and reflections to help you slow down and breathe.

Ideas for disconnecting – Simple, lighthearted ways to step away from screens and reconnect with yourself.

A powerful shift – A chance to notice what happens when you disconnect from devices and reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

This isn’t about restriction or perfection. You get to decide what unplugging looks like for you...whether it’s a mindful moment, an hour, a half-day, or even a full day. It’s about curiosity and discovering what shifts when you give yourself permission to pause.
